Contact us quickly with your order number. If the order has not been packed or handed to courier, we will try to cancel it.
Customer Care
Cancellation Policy
Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return or exchange process may apply instead.
After Dispatch
Orders already dispatched may not be cancellable. You can check return or exchange eligibility after delivery.
Prepaid Orders
For online or manual payment orders, eligible refunds are processed after cancellation is confirmed by the KidPot team.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, please cancel before dispatch so courier movement and failed delivery attempts can be avoided.
Store-Initiated Cancellation
KidPot may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment is not verified, address details are incomplete, or delivery is not serviceable.
