Ready-stock items are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation or payment verification.
Contact us before dispatch if you need an address correction. After dispatch, changes depend on courier support and may not always be possible.
Size exchanges depend on stock availability and item condition. Raise a request from Track Order after delivery.
