Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders of Rs. 999 or above. Orders below that include a flat shipping fee of Rs. 49.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery time depends on the destination pincode, courier availability, holidays, and local delivery conditions. Remote locations may take longer.
Tracking Updates
When tracking details are available, they can be checked from the Track Order page or through the update shared by our support team.
Manual Payment Orders
Manual payment orders are packed and dispatched after payment confirmation is completed by the KidPot team.
