We want every KidPot order to feel right. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or size-related, raise a request from the Track Order page.

Return and exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this window may not be accepted.

Items should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept with tags, accessories, and original packaging wherever applicable.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our team may suggest another option or an eligible refund path.

Refund Review
