We want every KidPot order to feel right. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or size-related, raise a request from the Track Order page.

Items should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept with tags, accessories, and original packaging wherever applicable.
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, share clear photos and order details so our team can review the issue properly.
Size exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our team may suggest another option or an eligible refund path.
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and checked. Refund timing depends on payment method, bank, and payment gateway timelines.
Used products, washed clothing, hygiene-sensitive items, damaged packaging, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
